Gordon's cloudspotting guide - Day 2

This is Sirius, the brightest star in the sky. It can be found in the constellation Canis Major.

Not to be confused with this, which is cirrus cloud. Cirrus cloud is high-altitude cloud, formed of ice crystals.

Today, however, it's just grey, really grey.

    Well, I'm learning something here. I always thought cirrus were lighter-looking, more fluffy, the tip of a brush in white ink sort of things...

    I'm enjoying this. Very witty.
